The promoter of all competitions listed on this website is Millbrook Giveaways Ltd (“Millbrook”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office address is [YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS].

All competitions operated by Millbrook are skill-based prize competitions and are governed by the Gambling Act 2005 (as amended). They are not lotteries, raffles, or forms of gambling and we are not regulated by the Gambling Commission.

All times and dates referenced on this website and in these terms are UK time (London, England).

These terms and conditions apply to all prize competitions listed on our website at www.millbrookgiveaways.com (the “Website”).

Each competition will have an opening date and a closing date as displayed on the competition page (the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date”). We reserve the right to alter these dates if it becomes strictly necessary to do so, and any changes will be updated on the Website. We will not extend a Closing Date solely to generate additional entry revenue.

The maximum number of entries available for each competition is stated on the competition page. Once this limit is reached, no further entries will be accepted.

An entry fee is payable for each online entry unless you enter via the free postal route described in section 4 below.

To enter a Millbrook Giveaways competition, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland
• Hold a valid email address and, for paid entries, a valid payment method
• Not be an employee, director, agent, or supplier of Millbrook Giveaways Ltd who is professionally connected with the competition or its administration
• Not be an immediate family member or member of the same household as any of the above

By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. If you cannot or do not provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period, you may be disqualified and any prize forfeited.

We will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer, bot, or script, or that are otherwise incomplete. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition, including anyone who is abusive or threatening towards our team or associated parties.

To enter online, you must:

• Visit the Website and navigate to the competition you wish to enter
• Select the number of entries you wish to purchase
• Complete the checkout and payment process
• Correctly answer the competition question of skill

Entries where the competition question is answered incorrectly will not be valid and will not be entered into any draw. No refund will be issued for incorrect answers, as entry fees are only charged after correct answers are provided.

You may enter as many times as you wish up to any per-person limit displayed on the competition page. Entries beyond that limit will be voided. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits is strictly prohibited.

All entries must be submitted in English. Entries submitted in any other language will be automatically disqualified without refund.

We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not received for any reason, including technical failures.

Free Postal Entry

You may enter any competition free of charge by post. To do so, you must send a letter to:

Your letter must include:

• Your full name
• Your home address
• Your date of birth
• The name of the competition you are entering
• Your answer to the competition question

Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted. Each free entry must be submitted in a separate envelope — multiple entries in a single envelope will be counted as one entry only. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

Your free postal entry must arrive before the Closing Date. Proof of postage does not guarantee receipt. If the maximum number of entries has been reached before your postal entry is received, it will not be entered into the draw. We are not obliged to acknowledge receipt of postal entries or confirm whether your answer is correct.

Postal entries carry an equal chance of winning as paid online entries.

All online entry payments are processed securely through Stripe. Charges are made in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The transaction may appear on your bank statement as “Millbrook Giveaways” or “Stripe”.

Entry fees are non-refundable once purchased, except in the following circumstances:

• A competition is cancelled before the draw takes place
• The competition sold out at the precise moment your payment was processed

No refunds will be given if you are subsequently found to be ineligible, if you are disqualified for any reason, or if eligibility criteria change after your entry.

If an entrant engages in fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, hacking, or any unauthorised interference with the Website or its underlying code, all of their entries will be declared void, no refunds will be issued, and they may be permanently excluded from future competitions.

The draw will take place as soon as reasonably possible after the Closing Date and, in any event, within 7 days of the Closing Date (the “Draw Date”). A competition may also close early if all available tickets are sold before the Closing Date.

All entrants who have correctly answered the competition question will be entered into the draw. Winners are selected using a provably fair algorithm: a random UUID seed is generated, combined with the competition ID and all eligible entry IDs, and processed with SHA-256 hashing. The winning ticket is determined from the resulting hash. The seed and hash are permanently recorded and available for independent verification.

A record of all entrants, including entry numbers, may be published on the Website and may be visible during any live draw broadcast.

Unsold competitions: If a competition reaches its Closing Date without all tickets being sold, we reserve the right to extend the Closing Date by up to 7 days to allow further entries. We may repeat this process, or elect to proceed to a draw using entries received. Any extension will be reflected on the competition page. We will not void, suspend, or cancel a competition solely due to low entry numbers, but we reserve the right to reduce the maximum ticket count or cancel a competition where we deem it necessary, in which case all entry fees will be refunded in full.

The prize for each competition is described in full on the relevant competition page (the “Prize”). Details are, to the best of our knowledge, accurate as of the Opening Date. We will endeavour to update the Website promptly if any prize details change.

We reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require. Prizes are not transferable, are not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be passed to a third party, except where we elect to offer a cash alternative at our sole discretion.

Prize RRP values shown on the Website are estimated market values at the time of listing and are provided for guidance purposes only. Exact specifications, colours, models, or configurations may vary from images shown.

Some prizes may be supplied by a third-party supplier (“Supplier”). Details of any Supplier will be published on the competition page.

Once gift cards, vouchers, tickets, or similar prize materials have been issued to a winner, it is the winner’s sole responsibility to store and safeguard those items. We accept no liability for any loss, theft, or damage to prize materials after they have been dispatched or collected.

Holiday & Event Prizes

Holiday and event prize packages are offered as described at the time of entry, including any stated dates, itineraries, accommodation, and restrictions. Entrants are responsible for reviewing all prize details and conducting their own research before entering. By entering, you accept the package as advertised.

We will not be liable if a winner is unable to travel on specified dates, misses flights or connections for any reason (including lack of valid travel documents), or is dissatisfied with any element of the experience. No cash alternative, rescheduling, or replacement will be offered.

For event or match ticket prizes, we are not liable for cancellations, postponements, or changes made by the event organiser, venue, or any other third party. No alternative prize, refund, or compensation will be provided in such circumstances.

Stated prize values for holiday packages are approximate, estimated retail values for promotional purposes based on standard or peak-season pricing at the time of promotion. They do not represent a cash sum awarded to the winner.

Property Prizes

Where the prize is a property, all entrants are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding the prize, their eligibility to take ownership, and any applicable legal or tax obligations. All costs and fees incurred in this process are the entrant’s sole responsibility.

The winner will be required to enter into a legally binding transfer agreement. The terms of such an agreement are non-negotiable. If the winner refuses to sign or is unable to complete the required documentation within a reasonable period, they will be disqualified and the prize may be offered to the next eligible entrant.

All legal costs, stamp duty, tax, and any other fees associated with the transfer of a property prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The decision of Millbrook Giveaways is final. No correspondence or discussion regarding the outcome of any draw will be entered into.

Winners will be contacted personally as soon as practicable after the Draw Date, using the email address or telephone number provided at the time of entry. If we are unable to contact a winner, or if a winner has not claimed their prize within 28 days of the Draw Date, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn from the valid entries received before the Closing Date.

To confirm that a valid award has taken place, we will publish the winner’s first name and county or region of residence on the Website within one week of the Closing Date, as required by applicable advertising standards.

Winner photo & publicity: All prize winners are required under these terms to participate in promotional content, which may include a winner’s photograph and video content, at our discretion. This is required in the interest of transparency for all other entrants. If you do not wish to have your image published, please do not enter our competitions. We reserve the right to withhold or delay delivery of a prize until satisfactory winner content has been received.

Winners’ surnames and winning entry numbers may also be published. If you object to this, please do not enter. We may still be required to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority as proof that the competition has been properly administered.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be claimed by a third party on behalf of a winner.

You must claim your prize personally. Full details of how your prize will be delivered or made available for collection will be published on the Website.

Physical prizes are delivered to UK or Republic of Ireland addresses only. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the draw, except where delivery is subject to manufacturing lead times, shipping delays, or third-party constraints beyond our control. Winners are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

If your contact details change at any time, you must notify us as soon as possible by emailing hello@millbrookgiveaways.com, including your name, the competition you entered, your old contact details, and your updated details. If your details change within 10 days of the Closing Date, we may use your original details when attempting to contact you.

Where the prize is a cash sum, the amount will be transferred directly to the winner’s nominated bank account. The winner must provide satisfactory evidence that they are the sole or joint account holder. Failure to provide this within 28 days will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, at which point we reserve the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.

We do not accept liability for any loss or inconvenience if a winner is unable to take up or accept a prize.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to any entrant in connection with a competition shall not exceed the amount paid by that entrant to enter that competition. We are not liable for technical failures preventing entry, delays caused by third parties, changes in prize value between listing and delivery, or any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from taking up a prize, except where caused by our negligence or that of our agents or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

By entering a competition, you agree that any personal information you provide may be held and used by Millbrook Giveaways Ltd and its agents and suppliers solely for the purpose of administering the competition and as set out in our Privacy Policy.

If you win a competition, you agree that we may use your name, image, and general location (town or county) to announce and promote the result. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity activity we may request.

If you do not wish to participate in publicity, you must notify us prior to the Closing Date. This will not affect your chances of winning. However, we may still be required to provide certain details to the Advertising Standards Authority in order to demonstrate that the competition was properly administered and that a valid prize was awarded — this is a legal obligation.

If you win, we may ask for further personal information and identity verification to confirm your eligibility and facilitate prize transfer. You consent to this use of your information. You may withdraw this consent at any time, but doing so may prevent us from transferring the prize to you, in which case you will forfeit the prize and will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fee.

You have the right under data protection law to request that we cease contacting you and remove your details from our records. If you exercise this right, you will be withdrawing from any active competition and will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fee paid.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to exceed per-person entry limits
• Use automated software, bots, or scripts to submit entries
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or entry
• Attempt to interfere with, hack, or manipulate any competition, draw, or our systems
• Modify or make unauthorised use of any code that constitutes the Website
• Engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or contrary to the spirit of the competition

Breaches of this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all entries and prizes, and may be referred to the relevant authorities. No refund of entry fees will be given.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Website. The terms in force at the time of your entry apply to that entry.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been breached, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to exclude you from any current or future competitions.

We reserve the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend a competition where it becomes necessary to do so. There is no minimum number of entries required to proceed with a draw.

Our competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By entering, you acknowledge that those platforms bear no liability and have no responsibility for the administration or promotion of our competitions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with a competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
